Emerson adopted Bandit from an animal shelter on Christmas Eve. While the cat was lying on the top of a cat tree, he seemed pretty blasé about the prospect of being adopted that night. Bandit was about two years old then. When he noticed Carson actually paying attention to him, he warmed up, and went home in the company of a kitten Carson adopted at the same time. What a wonderful Christmas Eve for all three of them!
