How Do I Crate Train My Puppy to Go Potty?

Crate train your puppy is the best solution to potty train your puppy.
Dogs do not like to leave a mess in places that they sleep.
Just make sure the crate you selected for your puppy is just big enough for it to stretch and turn around.
A crate that has too much room for your puppy to move around will end up giving the dog plenty of space to do its business.
Properly crate train your pet, and you can save a lot of clean ups on your furniture and carpets.
Your dog will not magically know what to do or where to go for potty.
If it was that easy, then dog training guides will go out of business! Your puppy must stay inside a crate when you are not home, sleeping, or too busy to watch over it.
Right before you put the puppy inside the crate, you must give it a treat.
A small, tiny piece of treat will do the trick.
The dog will like the treat no matter what size it is.
Make sure the crate is closest to a place that has the most people.
For example, living room would be ideal during the day, and then next to your bed during bedtime.
The dog must be near people so it won't feel isolated.
Never shove the puppy inside the crate.
The dog will most likely be scared to go inside initially, so make sure you put a treat inside so it will go in.
