I have an affinity for FIV+ cats of my AngelKitty Shannon. You'll see a picture of all three black cats that rule the roost in HOSTYez's household next.

This shot is one of the first I took of MinJa. She was a stray who took up residence on our jungle gym in the back yard and, once we provided a steady diet, moved to the small porch at our front door, demanding to join our family as an indoor-only cat. There was one glitch, though: she tested FIV+. But the family voted unanimously to take her in; resident cats Skrufy and Veto already approved of her (through the screen door), and she was great friends with Sammy, our beagle.

So MinJa got her vaccinations, was escorted inside, and her "introduction" took about five minutes! Four years later, she's still in perfect health.
